We are calling for speakers and presenters from both academia and industry for the 2025 ISTA Asia Pacific & APN International Packaging Symposium, an international event that brings together researchers, industry professionals, and academics to explore the latest advancements in packaging science, technology, and innovation.

Registration Guidelines

All speakers/presenters and participants (non-presenters) are kindly requested to complete the registration process by following the steps below:

Step 1: Registration

• If you are applying as a speaker/presenter (oral or poster), please complete the Speaker/Presenter Registration Form [HERE].

Note:
- The Speakers/presenters will be asked to provide a presentation summary, highlight, takeaway, or abstract through the registration.
- You may optionally upload a file containing your presentation abstract, summary, highlight, or takeaway. A template is available for download [HERE].

• If you are attending as a participant (non-presenter), please complete the Participant Registration Form [HERE].

• If you are joining as an accompanying person, please complete the Accompanying Person Registration Form [HERE].

Step 2: Payment

All registered speakers/presenters, participants, and accompanying persons are required to complete payment using the bank details provided below*.
